On Site Visits:
For larger events we will send a staff member to your venue to help you plan the layout of the furniture and equipment you have rented from us, This service is free of charge once a booking deposit for your event has been received.
Event Set Up:
Cater Hire Can supply a crew at an agreed additional charge to help set up your event for you.
Wash Up Service:
Yes we can take back the items dirty and charge you an additional cost to clean them for you. Ask our members of staff for a price, you would be surprised how affordable it may be.
We have provided seating to many music or sporting events throughout the years. Let our crew set out the seating for your event. We will Measure out to your exact drawings, We will ensure spacing is provided to industry standards and We will Cable Tie Rows of chairs together for health and safety purposes. Once we have received a deposit and you commit to renting your kitchen equipment from us we will be pleased to meet with you and offer free advice to help you with the perfect kitchen design to suit your chosen menu and space provided.

Once you have booked your furniture with us for your event we will be pleased to help you choose your marquee. Toilets and Generators:
We will put you in contact directly with the best in the business for mobile toilets and generators or indeed we will take the headache away from you and deal with these companies on your behalf.

We have worked with the best Wedding and Event planners from the four corners of Ireland and beyond so once you have booked your rental items from us our staff will help steer you in the right direction to match you up with the perfect planner for your ideas and budgets.
Out Of Hours Deliveries:
If your chosen venue requires out of hours delivery or collection times don’t worry. Talk to us about your schedule and we can price a transport option no matter what time of day or night it might be.
