What are your office opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 5.30pm. We are always available on mobile outside of office hours in case of emergency hire requirements.

Can we collect directly from your showrooms?

Yes, you can arrange to collect from 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We also are open during lunch hours. If possible please phone in advance of your collection so that we can have your order ready for you.

 

Do you deliver equipment and how much does it cost?

Yes we can deliver and collect. The charge for this service depends on the length of journey; please ask for exact prices from our office. A minimum charge for transport applies and will vary on location.

 

How long does the hire period last?

Our standard price covers 48 hours (or a weekend) and we would be delighted to quote for longer periods.

 

At what stage do we have to pay for the hire and what methods of payment are there?

Payment is due before the hire commences and payment can be by credit card, laser card, cheque or cash. A 20% booking deposit is required on orders above €1,000 when order is confirmed.

 

After the event do we have to wash everything?

Cutlery and crockery should be returned to us washed, in their given racks. Please place all glassware in empty racks & turned upside down. A dirty charge will be incurred if cutlery, crockery and glassware are unwashed.

 

Do your tables and chairs fold for transport?

Yes, all tables have folding legs and chairs can be stacked. We also have a range of folding chairs for ease of transport.

 

Do your staff set up the equipment?

Yes we can set up the furniture for an additional cost; please contact the office on 061-317155 for details.

 

Do you have any ex hire equipment for sale?

As all of our Equipment is new we currently don’t have any items for sale.

 

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes all orders are required to pay a deposit against breakages. This will be returned to you (less any broken or missing items) within 7 days. Also a 20% booking deposit is required on orders above €1,000 when order is confirmed.

 

What notice do I have to give?

The more notice you give us the better we are able to ensure we have all the items you require for a particular day. Please contact the office for queries for your particular date and quantities.

 

Is three phase electricity needed for your equipment?

Most of our equipment operates on standard 13 amp power and three pin plugs. Our large commercial ovens are the only product that requires three phase electricity.
